Program

The Zhang Property leasing assistant is a text-message service for people who inquire about one of our rental listings. It answers questions about the home, sends a link to book a showing, confirms and reminds you of the showing, and follows up afterwards with a link to apply.

Opting in

You opt in by texting the phone number shown on a listing, or by submitting an inquiry through a listing platform (such as Zillow) that includes your phone number. Consent is not a condition of renting. See how to text us.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies — typically 2 to 6 messages around a showing, and none once the listing is rented. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation text and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email fzhang0723@gmail.com.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. All major US carriers are supported.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
