Zhang Property ("we") rents residential property and uses a text-message assistant to answer questions from prospective tenants and to schedule showings. This policy explains what we collect through that program and how it is used.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address, when you inquire about a listing (for example through Zillow) or text the number shown on a listing.
• The messages you exchange with us.
• A photo of your government-issued ID, if you choose to upload one to book a showing. It is used only to confirm who is visiting the property and is deleted 90 days after your showing.
• The showing time you pick and whether you attended.

How we use it

• To answer your questions about the listing, book and confirm a showing, send you reminders about it, and follow up afterwards.
• To notify the property owner of your booking.

Text messaging

By texting the number on a listing, or by submitting an inquiry that includes your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us about that listing. Message frequency varies; typically 2–6 messages around a showing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this program on our behalf (message delivery, email and database hosting) and only to provide the service. Rental applications are handled by the listing platform under its own privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

Messages and contact details are kept while the listing is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. ID photos are deleted 90 days after the showing. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by texting the listing number or emailing us.
